Plus2 is an AI-powered guidance platform built by Plustwo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Plus2," "we," "us," or "our"), a private limited company registered in Nepal. We help Nepali students explore their educational pathways across school, +2, undergraduate, and graduate levels — through quizzes, AI-generated guidance roadmaps, college and program discovery, and optional paid services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Plus2. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Plus2 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Plus2.
You can use Plus2 if all of the following are true:
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, we strongly encourage you to review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using Plus2, you confirm that you have done so or that you understand and accept these Terms on your own.
Plus2 is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.

Paid services are clearly marked, with prices and deliverables shown before purchase. You choose whether to use them. Free guidance is not affected by your decision to purchase, or not purchase, any paid service.
Plus2's AI roadmap and college recommendations are based first and foremost on fit — your goals, education level, stream, location, budget, and interests.
Plus2 has commercial relationships with some colleges, universities, and programs ("Partner Colleges") who pay us for visibility within Plus2:
Plus2 is a guidance tool. The roadmaps, college recommendations, salary ranges, career paths, and other information we provide are intended to help you think about your options. They are not professional career counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or guarantees of admission, employment, or income.
Always verify critical information — fees, admission deadlines, entrance exam details, contact information, and program details — directly with the college or university before making decisions. Colleges may update their policies, fees, or programs at any time, and Plus2 cannot guarantee that every detail in our directory is current at every moment.

When you purchase a Plus2 paid service, the price, deliverables, and timeline will be shown before you complete the purchase. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; Plus2 does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:

We aim to deliver paid services on time and to a high quality standard. If you are not satisfied, contact us — we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not, however, guarantee specific outcomes (such as admission, scholarship, or employment) since those decisions depend on third parties beyond our control.

Plus2 may allow you to submit content such as feedback, college reviews (when launched), forum posts, or messages. By submitting content to Plus2, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and improve that content for the purpose of operating and improving Plus2. You retain ownership of the content you submit.
You are responsible for any content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Plus2, including the app, brand name, logo, design, written content, AI-generated roadmaps, recommendation algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by Plustwo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may use Plus2 for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works of Plus2 content without our written permission.
Plus2 displays information about Nepal colleges, universities, and programs, including their names, locations, programs, and fees. This information is sourced from publicly available channels and verified by our team to the best of our ability. The colleges themselves are independent institutions, and Plus2 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific college unless explicitly stated as a Partner College relationship.
Plus2 may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.
We work hard to keep Plus2 running smoothly. However:
We will give reasonable notice for major changes when possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service disruptions.
You may delete your Plus2 account at any time from the Settings screen, or by emailing us at support@plus2.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Plus2 is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that:
Career and academic decisions are personal. Plus2 is a tool to help you think — the final choice is always yours, and you should also consult parents, teachers, mentors, and other trusted advisors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plustwo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Plus2 — including but not limited to lost opportunities, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on Plus2 information.
Our total liability for any claims related to Plus2 will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Plus2 for paid services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) Nepali Rupees ten thousand (NPR 10,000).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plustwo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its team members, and its service providers from any third-party claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Plus2, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Plus2 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
Before formal legal action, we ask that you contact us first at support@plus2.ai so we can try to resolve the issue together. We will respond to good-faith disputes within 14 working days.
We may update these Terms from time to time as Plus2 evolves. When we do:
Your continued use of Plus2 after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific paid services, form the entire agreement between you and Plus2.
